Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items in like new conditions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
In Addition KOPF warrants all KOPF Percussion, KOPF Hardware from defects in material or workmanship. If the product shows any sign of material or workmanship defect, we will replace it at no charge for a period of three (3) years commencing on the date of original retail purchase through an Authorized KOPF Percussion Dealer. KOPF will not guarantee any product that has been lost or damaged by accident, neglect or misuse; including any product that has been altered or been repaired by a non-authorized dealer or individual. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser. Any replaced product will remain under warranty only during the remaining warranty period of the original product purchase.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you may simply send me an email at steve@kopfpercussion.com or call at 912-281-1139. I will notify you via e-mail of your refund once I have received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
I can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
When you placing and International order, the shopping cart will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Once placed, your order will ususally ship within 1-2 working days, however most items ship within 24 hours.
