This Maple Bass Cajon features solid maple sides paired with bookmatched quilted sapele faceplates. The combination produces a focused bass response with a clear, controlled attack that works well in acoustic sets, small venues, and studio environments.
The shell is built with tight joinery, balanced internal architecture, and a handcrafted snare system that stays responsive at low and high dynamics. The quilted sapele faceplates add both visual depth and tonal clarity.
Every cajon is built one at a time in my shop for players who want reliable tone, balanced feel, and a professional instrument they can use anywhere.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items in like new conditions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In Addition KOPF warrants all KOPF Percussion, KOPF Hardware from defects in material or workmanship. If the product shows any sign of material or workmanship defect, we will replace it at no charge for a period of three (3) years commencing on the date of original retail purchase through an Authorized KOPF Percussion Dealer. KOPF will not guarantee any product that has been lost or damaged by accident, neglect or misuse; including any product that has been altered or been repaired by a non-authorized dealer or individual. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser. Any replaced product will remain under warranty only during the remaining warranty period of the original product purchase.

Wow, wow, wow…This beauty was produces a deep, clean low-end unlike any other cajón I’ve played. It’s even more soul-piercing when mic’d up. The Kopf percussion game changer - separation between the snares and kick - elevates this one into something very special.
