If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return items in like-new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Warranty Details
I personally stand behind all Kopf Percussion products, including Kopf hardware, against defects in material or workmanship. If you notice any issues, I'll replace or repair your product at no charge for a period of three years from the date of the original retail purchase through an Authorized Kopf Percussion Dealer. Please note that this warranty does not cover products lost or damaged due to accident, neglect, misuse, alterations, or repairs outside the Kopf Percussion Shop. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. Any replaced product will remain under warranty for the remaining period of the original purchase.
How to Return an Item
If you need to return an item, simply log into your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. Alternatively, you can send me an email at steve@kopfpercussion.com or call me at 912-281-1139. I’ll notify you via email once I’ve received and processed the returned item and your refund is on its way.
Shipping Information
I can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that any free shipping offers do not apply to international orders. When placing an international order, the shopping cart will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Once your order is placed, it will usually ship within 1-2 working days, although most items ship within 24 hours.
