Warranty and Returns

My Personal Promise to You

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items in like-new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.


Warranty Details

I personally stand behind every Kopf Percussion product, including hardware, against defects in material or workmanship. If you notice any issues, I will repair or replace your product at no charge for three years from the date of the original retail purchase, as long as the purchase was made through an Authorized Kopf Percussion Dealer.

This warranty does not cover products lost or damaged due to accident, neglect, misuse, alterations, or repairs performed outside the Kopf Percussion Shop. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Any repaired or replaced product will remain under warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.


How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, log into your account, view your order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button.

or call 912-281-1139. I will notify you once the returned item has been received and processed, and I will confirm when your refund is on its way.


Shipping Information

I can ship to nearly any address in the world.

Please note that free shipping offers (when active) apply only to domestic U.S. orders. For international shipments, the shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping and delivery estimates based on your location and the items in your order.

Most orders ship within 24 hours, and typically within 1–2 working days at most.
