This Solid Sapele Cajon is part of my Limited Series—built from a single species to give it a focused, unified voice. Sapele has a naturally balanced tone profile with a warm low end, clear mids, and just enough high-end articulation to sit well in an acoustic setting.

Every cajon in this series is cut, joined, shaped, and voiced by hand here in my shop. The internal architecture is tuned to bring out the natural character of the wood while keeping the instrument responsive under the hands.
